@@bananashake somehow I though alexis99 made the post. I will stop by my local Kroger on my way home. I also heard good things about the bone broth but I think it was made by Pacific. And yeah that miso broth was hideous, I poured out the rest, which was really disappointing because TJ's products are usually pretty good. Thanks again for the info and good luck with your surgery

@@Alexis where did you find the seafood stock? I've only been able to find vegetable, beef and chicken. And I've tried the miso soup from Trader Joe's and I will keep my opinion to myself but I hope you enjoy it.

@@teedsg believe me when I tell you that you have nothing to be jealous of. Very painful!

@@QueenBx how are you? I'm post op day 1 and the pain, dry mouth and dry lips are insane. I had a swallow study earlier and my surgeon cleared me for thin liquids but all I want to do is use the PCA and sleep. I have walked the halls a little but I need to walk more. Hope all the post-ops are doing well.

I went to my surgeon today to pick up my post-op optifast. I am so nervous, only 7 days until surgery!

I hated Optifast. I do like premier Protein. You may want to sample some of the stuff out there. Thanks Travelher I'll check out the Premier Protein.

Hi revision from lapband to rny Dec 7th! My surgeon wants me to drink the Optifast 1 week pre op and 3 weeks post op. Has anyone ever tried optifast? And are there any comparables you like better? Thanks!

Congratulations! I am scheduled for my revision on Dec 7th. I've had so many issues with my band that I almost asked for a refund. Lol. Good luck with your surgery and keep us posted.
