  2. Hi. So I'm nearing the end of my full liquid stage and i've developed a strong aversion to protien shakes which of course means my protein needs aren't being met. I've been eating some soft foods (and honestly some that are more like normal food) to get my protein and I fell a little bad about not following the diet stages precisely. But I haven't had any problems with any of the foods I've been eating, even the regular ones. I guess I just wanted some opinions on this because I hate not "following the rules" but on the other hand I need to get the protien somehow. Thoughts?
