  1. Hello..I am 66, and still struggleing with the pain from the muscle they cut through during surgery. It got much better until Christmas Eve. Then I foolishly went shopping and brought, and carried all packages up the porch steps into my home..about 3/4 trips...Then it all started all over again. That nagging pain from the muscle again...and I thought it was almost completely healed. Has anyone else suffered this long with this muscle? I realize not everyone has felt it, but for some reason, it is and has been horrible for me. Better today, but now I'm afraid to do anything...don't want it hurting badly again...Anyone?
