Hi, my name is Esperanza I am 35 years old and I I in Pasadena TX. I had surgery on 8/8/2013. My starting weight was 309. My son Daniel and I went in at the same time, he's starting weight was 338.
I was starting to hate to do anything or go anywhere and I saw the same feelings come from my18 year old son. I can't begin to explain the guilt I felt for doing this to him. I taught him all of my horrible eating habits and my terrible attitude.
I am thankful to say we both have started a new chapter in our lives. I am now down 59lbs and Daniel had lost a
whopping 75lbs. He is losing much faster then i am and i have noticed my weight slowing down, but that would be mostly due to me not being able to shake my bad eating habits. We have just now passed all the holidays and even though I'm not able to eat much i still find myself eating the wrong things. However, I am very determined to conquer this battle.
I need all the help I can get so I decided that I would create a profile with this app see if it's any help. I have just started to experience the hair loss and no I haven't had my 60 to 80 grams of protein. But i am jumping on the band we speak.
