  1. I was 351 when I started my liquid 2week diet, the day of surgery on January 6th I was 323 now 11 days post op I am 303lbs and can weight to see more fall off

  3. My Dr would never prescribe that bcuz after a couple of days you shouldn't be hungry and remember it is mind over matter,

I am only 10 days out and I think if you focus on doing other things you will not think about weighing yourself so much, I know I have put in the time yet like some of you guys but, I have so much energy. That I don't even thing about weighing myself, and the same week of my surgery I was out at a post op&pre op meeting explaining how good I feel, and a lot of post op people was like WoW! So I only weight myself 1time so far
  5. Y'all r so lucky I was on a liquid diet for 2weeks and it was nothing but protein shakes, chicken&beef broth sugar free Popsicles and sugar free jello and water. It was hard the 1st 3or 4 days but I lost 33lbs in 2weeks my surgery was on January 6 I am 10 days out down so far all together 45lbs and I feel great you guys will do just great, stay positive

  10. I got my drain out today, BS is down and was put on half the dosage, feeling good and i can have egg drop soup now (excited) down 12lbs so far good luck to all.

The day I got home I was up in weight but by today I was down 16lbs, I am pleased on how well everything went and everything they said happened just like that, I hope to get my drain tube out this week and my Dr said by the end of the month or the 1st week of march I could work out with weights and everything

I am sorry to here about some people having problem with the surgery, walking is the key to everything getting rid of the gas and other stomach problems, my surgery was on 1-6-14 and since then I have lost 16lbs? Yes in 6 days and I have almost no pain, but I did everything that my Dr said to the T. I think you guys should walk and stick to your Dr plan 4 you, and everything will b ok, trust me you r not the only 1 who have gone thru some problems after surgery, but they all got better, Good luck and give it some time.

  15. WoW I am sorry that the pain is do bad for you, but in time it will get better, stay strong the hard part is over
  16. We'll my surgery went well,I am home chilling now not a lot of pain just some gas in the stomach but other that that I am good. I am so glad I had it done
  17. My pain wasn't bad at all,gas-x strips helps a lot, they want you to walk it out,I have been walking and using the strips, not bad at all
  18. My surgery went very good, not a lot of pain, just feel a little bloated from all the air inside of me, women should have no problem in that department, I am home just chilling now, they get you in and out, 1 or 2 days in the hoists and you r home
  19. good for you I had my sleeve Monday I am home now just chilling, waiting on the healing process, it's not hard and surgery was a breeze!. Keep me informed?
