  2. Hey all new here. I am a 46 year old male weighing in at 280 looking to get to 215 according to my doctor. My surgery is scheduled for Weds and I am a bit nervous as the day approaches. I am also having a hernia repair (the first sttempt failed) at the same time. So tell me honestly the good and the bad what can I expect the first few days? When will a normal routine begin and lastly what emotions and problems appeared as far as medical and emotional. I intend to keep a log I really want to be able to help others that come behind me and I figure if I keep a log then they may get a view from the patient as well as the doctor. Please let me know thanks:ranger:
