  1. This all helps Thanks!! I am 8 months out from surgery and slipping back into bad old habits. Not gaining weight but not losing either.
  2. Is there a recommendation for how much protein/sugar to eat? I've been eating the cottage cheese with fruit and it only has 7 grams of protein and 10 grams of sugar. Seems like a lot of sugar for a low amount of protein.
  3. I had a stall at 3 weeks as well. I was not eating more than 800 calories, and did not lose any weight for 3 weeks. I am now 6 weeks post-op and the scale is moving again. In my opinion, I think it was just my bodies re-acclimating themselves. In the last 2 weeks, I have lost 6 lbs. In my case, I was also very sedentary, not moving and not exercising much. Everyone is different. I think that if the scale is not moving up, then you are doing something right. Just wait it out. Try not to weigh yourself often. And the scale will start moving again
  4. I am experiencing the same thing. I was sleeved on 4/21. The first 3 weeks I lost 15 lbs. Over the last week I have not lost any. I have been reading blogs and see that a lot of people experience it. With only taking in 700-800 calories a day, why a stall? It can be nerve wracking and makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong. But I feel you just have to give it time.
  5. I am 5'6. Pre surgery I was 267. Day of I was 241. Surgery was April 21st and today I am 227. Total loss of 40 lbs and 17 lbs of that was since my surgery.
