  4. Im planning to have my surgery 2014...i have been diagnosis with lupus in 2009 and i gained so much weight ..i have to take 11 pills daily that include the prednisone that everybody knows can stimulate the appetite....i just want some advise of wish surgery is better for me.....ty so much
