  6. Hi So sorry it took my so long to reply. I go to dr holtzhaussen in battleford every 4 weeks for a fill. I am sitting at 6cc in my band right now. Hoping this last fill out me at me sweet spot I was going to ask you what kind of diet does your dr tell you to follow? Mine is 3 meals of 1 cup (3oz Protein ) And then two small snack usually with some protein in the snack Also where will get your fills done? I just was curious if yours is different perhaps your may even be better Talk soon Ash
  7. I am doing ok. Kind of at a lul right now. Go for another fill in 2 weeks. I started off 165. Lost 12 lbs pre op and now am about then when back up a bit I'm at 147. I got my band in Toronto where did you get yours? And are you from saskatoon as well? The only down size about having it in Toronto is there is no support groups around here at least I can't find one. I really love my band I just need to find my green zone. It will come though.   11. I had my band out in sept 1. However I'm still not in the free zone. I have had 3 fills. I have not lost much at all. Please tell me this is normal until I find my green zone. Which I hope it soon. Loosing fair in the band. I have 5.5cc in my band currently. Thanks everyone
  12. Hi Yep my surgeon said one cup 3x and then 2 small snacks. I'm curious as to what other eating plans others have. How much food were u allowed at a meal?

  14. Hi I was banded August 2013 and given instructions to eat. 3- 1 cup meals and 2 small Snacks. My friend had hers done and her dr said only 3 one cup meals no snacking? I know you should go by what you are recommended and I'm following my instructions to a t however very slow results. Mind you I'm not in green zone yet. I would please love others meal portion and opinion Thank you
