  4. Don't worry, you will do fine hun, I felt the same way when I was waiting for my answer too, I think we all feel nervous waiting for the answer, when I asked the nurse, she said not to worry, they very rarely turn anyone down

  8. Hey Jenelle, you'll figure it out in no time I'm sure and then boom! It'll start coming off again. I've read when this starts happening people usually have to up their protein or water and it helps, maybe go into the post surgery forums and you can find your answer? All the best in finding it hun and let us know k?
  9. Yes I find it is on my iPad, my phone is ok, I haven't tried it on a reg computer yet, this is all done on my iPad unless I'm out, then I use my phone

I myself is dreading May 14th, the day I start my liquid diet as well, I'm going to take it as a challenge with food just like I did with cigarettes when I quit letting them control me and I'm smoke free 6 years now. Whenever you want to put something in your mouth drink a glass of water or brush your teeth if you can
  14. I love questions lol I start the optifast on May 14th and I'm dreading it lol the surgeon said most likely sleeve because I have less than 100 lbs to lose. How about yourself? Where abouts are you in Canada hun?

I have to say this is one of the best threads I've come across, we all have never met, different countries or States and yet we all share this intimate bond and we are all going to conquer this awful burden that has 'weighted' us down for too long, and now look at us, already starting to conquer it! I'm so happy and proud of all of us here, I'm proud and thankful to you all for the support, through your words and your strength you show here! xoxo!
