Optimistic/pessimistic???

Amazing. U look so good. Can't wait to start my journey. Getting impatient. Almost starting to feel depressed with this weight weighing me down.

In Bridgeport ct, not sleeved yet. Insurance changed so have 5 more nutrition visit. My doctor is Craig Floch

Glad u are feeling well. What was ur out of pocket expense if u don't mind me asking. I just don't want to blind sided. I have UHC

Ok I have united health. I am told if I meet my out if pocket then the insurance will cover 100%. Which is why all the questions. Thanks anyway.

What insurance u have?

Wen is your surgery. I am waiting for my insurance to approve. Did any of you have a copay b4 the procedure? I am excited but scared too.

Ok so we can tell them wen its convenient. I can get accommodation at work but that doesn't secure ur job like having FMLA.

Who can tell me wen u have done all ur testing. What is the next process and how long does it take. Is it the doc who determines wat date u get sleeved or does he work with ur availability if u have to inform ur job? Can someone guide me thru the next step.

How much protein do u get from that unjury powder. Did u buy it before your surgery or after? Wen did u start to stock up on your new grocery list?

Dreams... Glad to hear from u but also sorry about your loss especially he being so young. All we have to do each day is pray bcuz tomorrow is not promised. Well glad to hear you loss 30lbs. That's Hugh! Continue to lose and if u r anything like me I would buy those jeans one in every color(smile) still not sleeved yet. Gonna do my endoscopy tomorrow.

Didn't have surgery yet. I know some will b jealous, in other words there will b haters and unsupportive people. But it's ur health and ur life. Do u chose life or death. Wen u die they r gonna say the weight killed her she should have taken better care of herself. Now with that being said. U decide. Can't make everyone happy.

Well I have to be honest I was the one who spread it out. Because while doing my tests I was still figuring out if I am making the right decision. Also my office said they can give me accomodation to do the surgery but I am working towards FMLA which starts in march cuz I don't want to lose my job. Which is why it appears to be taking so long. My blood test showed h pylori so after doing my endoscopy on Monday within a fee days I should know if I am positive. If I am I will be on medication which by then may cuz me to end up in march.

Doc office just called my stress test came back normal. I have my endoscopy on Monday and then I have a support group to go to. And then that's it. I guess I meet with my surgeon, is that what I suppose to expect next? After this do they submit to the insurance. I am so close I am nervous, scared I might fail. Dreamscometrue haven't heard from u. Hope all is well not just with u but all the sleevers out there.

I am finally on my way. Just did my stress test this morning. The only thing left is my endoscopy. So excited want to lose this weight like last year. How's everyone doing today.. Sleevers and to be sleevers. Happy sleeve day.

Yay!! It's not me but so excited for you.

Well good morning all. Just came back from my Pshyc evaluation and it appears to have well. She brought me back to Years of my childhood days I didn't even remember. She told me I had a will power in me that US going to work with me as an advantage with the sleeve. Based on my history I should have gained more weight but mentally I wad somewhat able to control myself to a point. Glad that's over. Now u have stress test and endoscopy all in the coming week. Yay :-)

I was wondering bcuz I have tried dieting wasted my money on weight loss tablets, WW, etc and all have failed. Will they think I didn't try hard enough I am looking for the easy way out. I just don't know wat kind of questions will be asked. Should I be nervous? I have a meeting on Monday.

Dreamscometrue give me an idea about the phsyc eval? I read a lot of posts that's says the are afraid. Can they fail you. If the surgery is a requirement how can they fail u?
