  1. I have experienced the same at two yrs post sleeve. I know why....I am not following protocol of not drinking anything 30 min before during and after. This has been my greatest challenge on this journey....I love my tea!!
  2. Ok...I was a tad behind when I made my first post. But...I still stand by taking care of you. My first post op year tore me inside out emotionally. I had a lot of inner healing to do that was hiding under 100 lbs. So if you are following your dream of a positive relationship...well thst is a part of healing on the inside by learning to listen to your heart and body. ..the heart is much easier to learn. Lol. When you do...a peaceful feeling lets you know without a doubt, nag, or confusion. I wish you well in body, mind, and soul.
  3. Honey....always listen to your gut feeling it is truth. He has done you a favor. ..so end it now...will only hurt worse later...these WLS are tools for us to use in order for to care of SELF. Which is what we are meant to focus on at this point of our journey.
  4. I have no regrets and would do it again. I was just 59 when I had the sleeve.
  5. I am in the same boat. Medications..which I no longer take...assisted me with gaining back 13 lbs of the 100 and 50 to go. I admit I did not adhere to the drinking rule...none 30 mun before...during...or after meals. Hope is not too late cause I am following beginning today.
  6. I had the sleeve at age 59....best decision I ever made and with NO regrets. Have lost 75 -lbs with 50 to go..I had lost 100 lbs but some inherited health issues required meds that gaining weight is a side effect. Now that I no longer take those meds I can get back on tract. I had my sleeve done Jan. 16, 2011.
