Hi.. I've been overweight since I was around 11. Didn't bother me too much in my teens or adult hood. But then I started getting older and the weight wouldn't stay off... And bit dud I try diets. Exercise was hard as I have arthritis in both knees and a knee replacement. Finally decided that surgery was the way to go. I want to get back out there walking and enjoying life. I'm 52 and figured its never too late.

Surgery us scheduled go 1/14/14. I am do nervous. Having a hard time drinking anything but water. Found this site from nutritionist. Great reading the forums in here. Don't know what to say right now. But thanks to all who oust and reply!
