  1. You are so lucky! I had my surgery April 2013 and i have NO IDEA when I fell off the wagon! I don't feel any restriction when I eat- I'm afraid I've stretched my stomach out . If you have any breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas I would greatly appreciate it!!! My surgeon retired a month after my surgery- he failed to mention this and he left me with no one to go to for aftercare... Thank you in advance!
  2. I had my surgery a little over a year ago. April 8th 2013.. As of last Tuesday I get horrible stomach cramps (feel a lot like menstrual cramps- but I'm not on my days) along with my stomach cramps I have diarrhea. It comes and goes but i don't know what to do! I notice it most at night. I have to get up and go to the restroom 5-8 times during the night. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am considering calling my doctor tomorrow but don't want this to be something normal and I'm making a big deal out of it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
  3. Hang in there!! It will get better!!! I promise!!!! The gasses will pass! (No pun intended) it will get easier as the days go by!
  4. Hunny, we have ALL be there!! Every single one of us have felt like that! You'll probably feel this way for the first few weeks! It's perfectly normal. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need anything. You did what you felt was right for you and I promise you once you start seeing results you won't ever regret what you have done. stay strong!
