  1. Any suggestions for a person that does not 'll ways have a chance to eat what was brought for lunch? Basically I am sometimes in a position that I do not have access to my lunch kit, so I have eat on yt? He go. Any tips?
  2. I am beginning week five of post op ... I am supposedly able to eat solid foods (regular diet), which I have started. My question is what does the first fill experience feel like? Also, I am having problems with old habits coming back. I started at 320 lbs. and am now 289 lbs. I have made good progress and don't want to lose it... need advice and helpful hints.
