  1. Oh my gosh! I thought it was just me, but apparently not! My hands and feet are constantly freezing. Like the bottom part of my nails on my hands are blue all the time and even with socks and tennis shoes on my feet are freezing. I even went out and bought a heated mattress pad because I couldn't fall asleep at night because I was so cold. I've always been warm blooded and the type to just wear a sweatshirt out in the winter(I live in CA) but I'm having to bundle up with gloves and a scarf. I hope my body temperature readjusts. I guess I would rather be cold than hot.
  2. I was sleeved on 12/17, 2 week post-op appt was 1/2 and I was given the green light as well. They still have me on a lifting restriction of 20lbs so no weight lifting yet. I'm sticking to the treadmill and UJAM classes and feeling great.
