Sghatl, They had me do a stress test also. I had no heart history, but I felt better after they told me all is good, so I guess it was worth the money. I had not met my deductible yet.

Babygotback, I have a bmi like yours and am scheduled for surgery Friday. Question is if I lose enough weight on the liquid diet to get the bmi under 30, will they cancel my surgery? I want to follow the diet, but still want the surgery...

My surgery date is 8/31 also. I start a clear liquid diet Friday..did a trial run this weekend...but eat one small meal aday...I felt it was the head telling the stomach WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!!!!!

Well here is another turn. My surgery is scheduled August 31st. Starting August 24th (7 days), clear liquids only, with a limit of 2 protien shakes a day as an exception.

Went to the doctor Thursday, schedule surgery for 8/31...not because I had to wait until then, but because that was the date I wanted. But then I am self pay...

I live in Texas. My doctor just said I was on the light side, but when I told him I had been on diet pills for most of my life, he just said okay. He is rated by Dallas as one of the best....Dr. J

I have a friend that said her friend had gain 30 pounds back. I don't know her, but the only thing I can figure is her friend did not continue to get the fills.. Does anyone else have any insite on this?
