  1. if you have a Sam's Club you can get it there too. About $5 a bottle and it's really good. They have other flavors too.
  2. I don't have a date yet and I'm not even sure how long this all takes. I started at the end of November by attending a seminar. I did see the surgeon and need to have an endoscopy done on January 13th and I guess we take it from there. I have already had my Physc eval, and met with the coordinator. I haven't met with the nutrionist yet, they said that comes later. I'm a bit confused. I also have to meet with a cardiologist. Did everyone have to do this.? I never had any heart problems, but my family has.
