  1. .I was banded Oct. of 2007. I weighed 195. I am 4'10 and I can tell you I was very overwight fo my size. I have lost 60 lbs. I went from a size 20 to a size 12. I can breath for the first time in a long time. I had a lot of belly fat which is very bad or the heart. I have battled my weight like the rest of you all my life I feel a lot better about myself. Ii still have some weight to lose but I'm confident that I will lose my remaining lbs. Thanks listening.
  2. Hi, this is my first time writing in. I was banded OCT. OF 2006.I LOST 60 LBS. I have gained 10 lbs. which makes me feel realy bad. I have had problems with food. (vomiting).I find myself eating foods like ice cream and other things that go down with no problem. I need all the help I can get.
  3. Hi,thanks for asking the ? on burping. I burp so much it's ridiculous. I can burp sometimes for a half hour to an hour.Does anyone know whats up with that.
  4. Hi my name is Jane, This is my first time on this site. I had my surgery 2 years ago. I lost 50lbs. and I have not been able to lose the rest of my weight. In fact I have gained about 8 lbs. I also do a lot of vomiting. Please help. I think it would help to have suggestions of what people eat at meals. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
