  2. Ok. So, i just made my 2yr anniversary and it is so easy to eat everything. I gained 10lbs in 3 monyhs ovevthe holidays. Ive lost control and cant stop eating. I need to gain control before i put on more weight. Ive noticed i no longer eat bcus i have to. I am eating bcus i want to. I am thinking about taste. My portions and the type of food has increased. I dont feel the restriction like i use too. Can anyone relate?
