Protein drinks
Premier protein chocolate has my ENTIRE family now using them for a meal - reasonably close in taste/texture to chocolate milk.

2 months out and I still can't seem to eat slowly enough
Same issue here. Pain is instructive though. Gotta keep working on it, right?

Looking for those who were 325+ Pre-Sleeve
Either way, be careful. Everyone is different. A slow loser is still a loser. YMMV = your mileage may vary holds true for this as in most things in life. Why the hurry? It took years to get this fat....is it reasonable to assume you will lose it quickly? Is it healthier to lose it slowly or quickly? Can you love yourself enough to do what is right and then let it be knowing you followed the rules and did your level best? What if you are within the averages and only lose 60-70% of your excess weight? Does this mean you are a failure to you? Why? Are your expectations realistic? WLS is not a magic pill or a magic wand waved at our fatness to be disappeared. I started at 334, lost 24 prior to surgery eating 1200-1500kcal and some exercise. Lost 22lbs in the last 20 days since Dec 24 (surgery date). The problem with you applying my numbers to you is this does not apply to any other human than me. Yay me....but, have I fixed my mental issues that go along with my weight - working on it. Almost all of us here need to get our heads right. We are seriously f*&ked up in our fantasies/nightmares about our bodies / weight. This sleeve is working fantastic right now for me. It too can help you. It will not cure the problem we have between our ears.....we will have to fix that to get healthy in every way.

Almost 4 weeks post-op with very little weight loss
This line makes me suggest something... Try exercising less and eating more. Try a little more Protein. Use a Protein Drink maybe for the calories and protein. How is your sleep? This can have an effect. How much did you lose in what timeframe prior to surgery? What are the details, they matter? Sometimes pushing harder may cause the body to go into preservation mode. The good news is if we have a famine people like you and I will be the last to die from starvation..........

Easy freezer food?
I would think a Quest bar for breakfast would work. Also, Premier Nutrition Protein shakes. Isopure clear drinks as a snack. Both have infinite shelf life. Cream Soups in can or homemade and then frozen. Add scoop unflavored Protein powder. Tuna, chicken, Crab in a can. broth in small cans to add to make

2weeks sleeved and still no energy. Is this normal?
It is fairly normal from what I see in scouring these forums. Some escape this but I know I did not completely - I hit a wall and need to nap or seriously rest. As always, check in with Doctor - do not diagnose this yourself - this was/is serious surgery.

exercise and blood sugar levels
Yes, if needed you may want to consider a 10-20g (will have to experiment) carb loading prior or during the workout - Maybe try sipping the G2 Gatorade - small amount of sugars in it. It should stabilize things should you desire to do so. I am assuming you are a recovering diabetic. If so, consistency of workout and carb levels is what is best for us. Blood Sugars going too low causes problems. Exercising induces hunger. Take it slow and easy for your body and your ability to detect what your body needs.

Post Op-ers You're killing me!
Personally I am trying not to focus on the vanity looks component. i did this for health reasons. it is merely a positive bonus side effect to look better.

Hunger, exaustion and guilt
Exercise causes hunger to increase to replenish calories lost. If you eat your Protein first, eat up without guilt after all without the nutrients your body cannot rebuild properly.

EGD
I had my hiatial hernia identified in the swirling ride-o-death on the table with liquid chalk wanting to come up. The bonus was I had a two-fer - they fixed that too. I did go for broke and ask "hey, why not just rip that gallbladder out so I can maximize my dollar value"....they didn't laugh as they said no. No sense of humor.

Defeated
You can do it. Do whatever it takes to get qualified. I wish I had hoops to jump through, instead, I forked over $19k to get the sleeve - miraculously most objections faded away when I handed over my cold hard cash. You can do this. I dropped 24lbs prior to surgery. Thank you for sharing.

December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log
HW 334 SW 310 12/24 CW 292 - 18lbs in 15 days - holy crap I actually giggled and felt guilty when I saw that weight pop up. Reweighed twice more to make sure it was real. So of course I am now waiting for the stall to come.
