  1. I get my first fill Sept. 13th at 10AM I can't wait. Right now I can eat anything as long as a chew, chew, chew and do it slowly. I have never felt full and can't wait to have that feeling of enough from my body. I love being banded! I want this tool to change my life. I'm having problems with not dropping into my old habits. I don't know what to do but I'm trying to figure it out.
  2. Nothing is wrong with you! We are use to chewing and we don't get to do that right now. I was banded Aug. 16 and I feel/felt the same way you do. I have had really watery mash potatos because I wanted the noise from my stomach to stop. But really you can drink liquids all day long and not feel good since we are used to chewing. I miss chewing and get to move to mushy tomorrow. Hang tough. You can do this!
  3. I agree confidence is the key even when you need to fake it sometimes... because let's face it we don't always feel great about our selves. This can go for skinny people and the not so skinny people. If your confidnet people see that and they are attracted to a person. I know when I meet confident men or women they are fun to be around.
  4. What is Flouro? I'm new at this...
