  1. I was sleeved on October 30, 2013. I truly understand everything that I read in your post. Having felt them myself before. The advice that I give not even two weeks sleeved. 1. Don't look for the surgery to make you feel better. The excitement will come and go and you still have to stand. 2. Don't look for the surgery to take the craving. Most of my eating craving are emotionally based. The surgery will stop you from being hungry but want stop you from wanting cake to fix that"sweet tooth." 3. Take it all one day and a time and trial and error. I have to tell my self this everyday. So are really good and other are really bad. Have someone you can talk to that understands and won't judge is you say I wish I did not do this. You may be feeling that way, one day and not the next. Just to let you know I have lost 20lbs so far but it is a struggle everyday. I am very greatful to have a sister that I can complain to and she listens despite her not having any weight issues.
