  1. It's funny how all doctors are different when it comes to the stages of food we can eat. I was sent home and told I could have all clear liquids and protein shakes. Today I started all liquids which only added on yogurt, cream soups and farina. On July 4 I start mushies and on the 20th I can have all foods except fresh fruits and veggies. Can't have them until middle of August. Weird!
  2. I had my surgery on Thursday June 19, 2014. I was released on Saturday and I have to say, Friday, Saturday, Sunday AND Monday I was miserable. Bad case of buyers remorse! But here it is Tuesday and I feel fine. The protein shakes make me gag but I can stomach them for a while! Glad I did this!
