Thanks for the kind words guys it is much appreciated. I was prescribed a ppi but have been scared to take even with opening the contents n mixing with a spoon of jello but I guess I have to start to force myself to take it

Hey guys I'm just bout a week out since my sleeve surgery as far as pain wise I'm doing great didn't really start to feel hungry till yesterday n boy was that a rough morning. This liquid stage is def not for me n kinda not looking forward to the next stage either. I knew it would be tough n Idc what anyone says u can prepare yourself mentally as much as possible pre op but once your post op the shock alone is enough to bring you down. Just really going through it n since I can't be active 24/7 in my down time I just beat myself up mentally n that is starting to put a strain on my personal life. Just hoping it gets better thanx for giving me a outlet to vent a bit.
