My friend an me who also had the surgery two days after made ice cream today is really simple We used one scoop of vanilla whey Protein an one scoop of Cookies an cream whey protein then we added in our far free Milk (or whatever milk you use) we used ice this first time an put it in the blender to mix it but I recommend to use a vanilla yogurt instead. It was really good
  2. I had my surgery October 28 an I've lost 19lb. Everything went well in my surgery an still doing good I didn have a lot of pain just when I got out bed the first time at the hospital other then that I'm good

  4. Ok y'all I I'm almost done withy Liquid phase of the diet then I get to go to puree soft foods!! So excited I got some basic Ideas for this stage but if any of y'all have some Good recipes snack etc for the puree stage please share!!

  7. I've only been post-op two days so I havnt weighed yet bc I don't wanna worry an stress about the pounds but instead focus on eating right an takin my medicine right but I do plan weigh in at a week so I'll let ya know then
  8. Hey so my names Trista im 23 from florence an I currently just had my surgery October 28th 2013. So far so good I didn't have any complications in surgery or after I came home on the 29th an stilling going good not really sore at all but then again the key thing is to walk walk walk I'm so happy happy happy for this new journey
