  4. I quit drinking sodas before being sleeved, but in our nutrition classes they gave us an interesting picture when we asked why we couldn't drink carbonated beverages. They said to imagine what happens when you take a small baloon, put it on an open soda bottle and shake it up. The thought of what stomach I have left blowing up was not appealing to me, so I haven't tried it since. I figure my Diet Pepsi didn't taste that good when I had it last anyway, and no Coke Zero was worth taking a chance like that. I have enough other stuff to deal with.

  12. I got sleeved on Dec 1. I have to do the shots too. They're not hard to do... I only bruised myself once so far. :-D
