  1. I was going according to when my insurance would cover the surgery which is 35 with one comorbidities. I don't know of any insurance that would cover the surgery if your BMI was any lower.

  5. I had Sculptra done. It's a liquid facelift. Costs about $2,500 and there is three steps. Injections every eight weeks and then once a year to maintain. http://www.sculptraaesthetic.com/
