  1. Hello, I am at ther same step with you, I had my surgery oct 31, 2006. I have been at 95 lbs for over 3 monthes......i want to lose about 40 more pounds and its driving me crazy. I to walk. I walked about 3-5 miles for my first 5 monthes after surgery. Then i started bike riding, i bought a road bike and do about 25-40 miles per week, but then i found i still wasn't loosing any more weight so I started doing a boot cazmp for women run but a trainer here in town. Okay its about 1 1/2 hour, long of what they call total muscle confusion..... we do at least 3 miles of walking and then 300 reps of different excersises. I have now been doing this once a week for about 5 weeks, starting tomorrow, i and going to be doing it 3 thimes a week for the next 6 six weeks. I am really hoping this is going to get me over this hump.
