  1. I was nauseous every day all day for the first few days and my doctor gave me a pill that dissolved under my tongue and I took that for about 2 weeks and have not had an issue since. Hope it goes away for you!
  2. I am 9 weeks out and at first I did not snack. I ate my 3 meals a day and that's it! My NUT advised against that because then you are more likely to over eat when you do eat. So now I eat about ever 3 hours. Small, healthy snacks. I have lost 41 lbs since my surgery.
