I originally wanted a band until I read about all the problems with them. So I spend a lot of time reading the boards. But can i really live without carbs? Then again, look what carbs have done to me. I have low carb beer so I'll be ok.

I am presleeve but am worrying about exercise. I am probably having a dx of ms pending neuro. Its not bad, just uncoordinated and clumsy. Maybe water aerobics is an idea. I trip and fall off of a treadmill.

I'm more tempted to cite a low carb diet than wls. It will hush them up.
