  1. Honestly the first day, a Monday, was nuts. I wasnt in pain just not being able to drink until the next day was weird. The toughest thing was getting through the week on clear liquids. I wasnt hungry it was more mind over stomach. Once I got to the weekend all was good. I kept myself busy. Now I'm having trouble but not everyone does. I can't keep anything down and I'm at week three. My doc says everyone progresses differently. There's nothing to be scared of and not much to prepare either. Take it one day at a time and you will do well. I have a friend whose 10 months out has had no problems and is doing wonderful. Don't waste time worrying this is something that in the long run week make thou much more healthy. First nights sleep was the hardest after that each night for better for me. Make sure you ask for the pain meds. Best of luck!
  2. Hi everyone. I was sleaved on 9-23. 3 days ago I started eating foods like eggs, cottage cheese and greek yogurt and did ok. As of yesterday I can't keep anything down liquids or food. My doc just called and said he's putting me on a new stomach med, regalin? Has this happened to anyone?
  3. I am having trouble too. Congrats on the weight loss so far. I'm 19 days out and down 30lbs. The last two days I've been vomiting everything and wanted to ask others if it happened to them and what they did but I can't post. Any help is appreciated. Again congrats. I hear after the first few weeks you really start to feel great and of course look great.
