  1. I can speak to this subject based on my experience. In October of 2013 i weighed 360+ pounds. My sleeve and hard work has brought me to 190 pounds which I have been at since July of 2014.I weight train 3 times a week and do an hour on my treadmill 5 times a week. I have gained a good deal of muscle mass but have gained no weight. It is always your choice!

  5. i can't tell yo anything about cost but I can tell you that you selected the best as far as surgeons go. I Had my surgery on October 4th and was walking 5 hours later and have been feeling really good.
