Autumn congrats on the job! I have clothes clothes and more clothes size 24/26. Jeans some worn some still have tags most of my clothes are from Lane Bryant or Avenue. I will take a look in my closet tomorrow when I get home from work and let you know what I have. Between the tops and pants both 24/26 I'm sure something will be good for you to wear for work.You are more Than welcome to them. If you can use them Awesome if not your style or too big all I ask is that you pay it forward and give to someone who can use them. ????

Had my 3 month checkup today.... Drumroll please..... 63.5 lbs gone! Just one week shy of 3 months from surgery date. I felt so good when I saw that number on the scale and all I keep saying is this was the best decision I ever made! Just had to share my happy news. Hope everyone is enjoying their seat on the losers bench :-) I love my seat......

Well you will not be alone! I was given the toothpaste also. I still drink my crystal light but do the rinse lol. After learning about this I now drink more water than the sugar free drinks I am allowed too. Now I just have to battle the hair loss and I'm good to go lol

Same thing happened to me last week. 4 cavities and in need of a crown. My dentist was shocked as well. After taking about all the changes I am going thru she said she it was from drinking crystal light. Who knew that after you drink crystal light you are supposed to drink water to get it off of your teeth! Not me! But now I make sure I always have a plain bottle of water around ????

Congrats ! I was sleeved on Thursday the 21st. Like you I haven't had that many problems just a little pain here and there when I "forget" I had surgery and move to fast. I couldn't be happier that I had this done. One of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Happy losing ????

Surgery all done! Yesterday my new life began and my surgeon rocks! Came home tonight and feeling better than I thought I would. Can't wait to start moving around tomorrow. I guess I am a newbie on the loser's bench...... Yay!

Hi I'm in but only for the next 17 days... My surgery is on November 21!!! I plan on getting my miles in by heading to the gym and walking on the treadmill for 30-45 min a day. And then look out cause I can't wait until I get cleared to head back to the gym after my surgery! Good luck everyone on the November challenge!

Hi! I just got the Fitbit Force. I got it on Thursday ad haven't taken it off. It keeps track of my sleeping which I think is pretty neat. I didn't think I would like it as much as I do but I do. Very happy that I decided on this one. Now there is no stopping the steps!

Hi Everyone! I just got my Fitbit Force today! Still getting used to it after finally getting it all setup. I haven't done a lot of steps yet but also haven't taken it off my wrist yet! I noticed on my page that it has a space for friends, do I just add email addresses in of people that have a fitbit and will everyone get to see my progress on the fitbit and I would be able to see theirs?? sorry for all of the questions, this is all new to me....

SandeeD good luck with everything! I too felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my chest when I told my family ( now I just have to get the weight off of the rest of my body . I can only hope these 5 weeks go by quick I am so excited to start my new life !

I told my husband who is very supportive in my decision to have the sleeve surgery. I was waiting to tell my family (parents, sister and BFF) until I got my approval for the surgery... Well my approval came in this week and I told my parents last night. It went better than I imagined ( my mom is a nervous nellie) and I am very happy that I told my parents. They were very supportive and now I just have to tell my sister and BFF and then I am done. Their support during this wonderful new journey in my life is all I need right now. I figured I will tell other people after the surgery or if they ask!

Thanks! I hope you get your December date that you want! I am still on cloud 9, I can not stop thinking about it. I was so nervous thinking I was going to be denied with all of my hassles I had last week with the sleep study.... and now I can't wait
