Hi there, my name is Michele. I had a lapband back in 1998 and my first attempt at a tightening was not good. I'm not after all this time going to try again. I want to keep this to ver close friends and very close family as I am so scared of failing. My first tightening took an hour with I expect an inexperienced technician. I never went back. I now want my life back ! I have achieved so much at this weight but I know I can achieve much more and I don't want to sit on the side lines of life personally anymore. I would love to make friends on here who I can support and who can give me advice. I'm not good at being vulnerable or asking for help but I figure we have oceans between us and maybe this will allow me to move forward without watching eyes and judgment. Cheers Michele
