  1. Started the process at 254lbs. Surgery day weighed in at 238lbs..... Today 212lbs. Goal is 80 lbs so a bit way to go but I am feeling good. Last 3 weeks have been really slow so need a booster!
  2. Glad you are better. I just got stuck for about 20 mins...not a good feeling at all! This was the second time, but the first time I was able to wait it out...this time it all came up. I had just taken my first few bites of breakfast and now I am starving, but I will wait. I know I was eating too fast so lesson learned! Great Advice Everyone!
