  1. Hey, thanks for the kick in the butt, and I have only been banded a week but have already started walking 30 minutes a day! I will continue this 5 days a week, increasing my speed every day. Thanks so much!
  2. I had my surgery 7/16 and wasd only aloud clear broth for 5 days, then protein drinks and soups for 10 days and then I can have pureed foods for two weeks before I start any kind of food. Maybe what you are eating or drinking is too much for your band. Just an idea. Thanks,
  3. I just got banded July 16! So far so good. It was no where near as bad as I was expecting and am not hungry.
