  1. Hey i just got mine done (gástric sleeve) may 15 And IT Been horrible i never thought this recovery. Part was so hard i had lipo done before And im 100% sure that the pain and gas of a gastric sleeve is serious ok my doctor have me on a liquid diet at this point but he give me a huge book with instruction this surgery is a process I believe is by step in your in takes . you supposed to eat every 3 hours starting at 8am and only 4oz Of food you cant drink And eat and the same time you eat And you wait 30 min for drink and Isopure has protein is the best non fat food /non fat milk / non fat everything good luck !!!
