  1. I'm drinking Isopure. Loaded with protein and like water.
  2. Okay. This is very helpful. It's a lot to comprehend let alone change. I'm getting there. Thanks everyone!
  3. What exactly were you sipping? Is that what you did for two weeks?
  4. I was post of by 4 pm on Monday, October 21st. Not sure where to,go from there. I still have so much fluid from surgery. So that's real disappointing. Otherwise, every drink is painful. Every one!
  5. I am 4 days out and not sure how to continue. First, I was unaware of the amount of fluid in pounds I'd retain after surgery so I still have 7 to lose before I'm at surgery weight. I realize that I don't know how to sip either. I am constantly feeling full. I was told to sip, sip all day. But I can't do it! Can someone tell me how long until the surgery and IV fluid was gone and exactly how much they drank per hour, or ate per day. I love Greek yogurt so I'd like to incorporate that and include like a scoop of protein to get up to like 23 g per meal. Thank you!
  6. Hi Jessica. I do. Not sure you're still on here. I just joined. Having surgery at the end of the month. How have you been progressing?
