  1. I actually do suffer from depression and am on medication for it.
  2. I am wondering if anyone has experienced what I am. I am 4 weeks post rny and my temper is horrid. I get SO mad so easily it is crazy! I feel like I am angry all the time... has anyone else experienced this after surgery?

  4. I'm also two weeks out! At this stage you're probably on liquids. Relax. People lose at different rates. N Tylenol has liquid cold meds. I think they even have a severe child one. A little tip tho. Drink it slow. I know it tastes gross (I use liquid Tylenol extra strength for headaches) n it burns the crap outa my stomach if I drink it fast.
  5. I have actually taken chantix before. I never had any dream or mood issues. Just baaad nausea!

  7. I do not yet have a surgery date but I know I have to quit smoking before my rny. My question is how long before surgery do I have to quit? Is there like a general time limit or is every dr different? I've been a smoker for 8 years now and am having a hard time quitting! Help!
