I didn't go with the sleeve because it's too new and there's not enough data to back it up. Plus with the sleeve u can still eat basically whatever u want and I don't want that temptation. Not that I want the dumping but if it will keep me from eating bad stuff then so be it!! It's been around for a long time and my gut said to go that way and my surgeon confirmed it so that's what I'm stickin with. I should probably do more research but I'm overwhelmed as it is!!!!

Well then u should buy them all some chocolates lol!!! I've never been a patient!!! I have been very lucky. Never had a broken bone, stitches...ya so I think that's another reason I'm so nervous!! :/

Don't really know yet . Just said it could be from the fillers or dyed in the vitamins.

Pretty bummed right now. I've had a very itchy rash all over my body for about 3 weeks. I've had two docs say it's prob from the vitamins I'm taking for the surgery. Got a biopsy on it today and will get those results in a week. Have to stop all vitamins and call my surgeon tomorrow to tell them what's going on. I have a feeling this will delay my surgery. I'm very bummed right now

I'm with ya angel...I only have to do a 5 day clear liquid diet before. It does seem weird to think u only have so many days to eat like everyone else lol

I haven't worn a regular bra for over a year now. can't find one to fit me right. Been wearing sports bras! I have declares my belly button and vagina missing years ago lmao!!!!

U guys r crackin me up!! Lol I also quit soda back in May. It's actually not bad!! Broke down once or twice since then. Pretty proud if myself. But I too am eating as much as I can lol. Making dates with friends for one last hoorah lol. I think the one thing I will really really miss is alcohol!!!!!!!!

Charisse were u talking to me?? I'm doing the same thing!! In fact I have a date night planned for Saturday at my fav restaurant! Can't wait lol. It's the last time I will there I just want to enjoy all the foods I can now because I know I will never get them again. I don't start my liquid diet until 5 days before surgery so 10/11. But I will try and help u thru it!! Cuz I'm sure ill need help when I start mine!! we will all help!!!

Hey kkelly what did your gyno say about your bc. Idk what I'm gonna do. Can't take the pill anymore after surgery. I've tried the ring hated it. Can't get the shot cuz it causes weight gain. I can't get my tubes tied cuz I work for a catholic hosp and they won't pay for it and I can't afford it help!!

I feel the same!!! Glad we all met!! raja the support groups are great!!! I plan to go to as many as I can after the surgery too! It's so great to everyone's stories and to know you're not alone!!

I have support group tonight and I'm going to tell everyone about this forum!! Love it!! Hope everyone had a great Monday!! I should be on a diet but I'm being bad and enjoying food before my life changes!!! Can't help it!!
