  3. I am on a 'regular' food diet now. And idk what to eat. Breakfast is so hard for me. I eat the same things all the time. What is everyone eating around this stage?
  4. everytime you can't have something you always want it more. it happens to me too. but thats awesome! good for youu. I think my doctor said at my 3 month mark I can go back to eating normal.

  6. so far a little over 50lbs. the beginning is the worst but once you step on that scale it all will be with it!
  7. Good for you that's a great achievement! How is everything with you now? Things are finally getting better on my end. the first couple weeks were so hard
