  2. Get your favorite sugar free pudding and get a Popsicle stick. Insert a small hole on the top of the foil and insert a Popsicle stick in the whole and put in the freezer. After its completely frozen run under warn water and twist and pull out of the container eat and enjoy!
  3. It's been 5 days sense I had the RNY. Came out of the hospital with phenmonia and very low iron. In a lot of pain but I am excited and scarred. I wonder if they really did the surgery, will I really lose the weight, I have been all my life battling with my weight I have only seen success for no more then three months at a time , just to change my regimen. Well I guess we will see:/
