  1. Mine too so I've been researching. Hair loss is common 3-4 months after ANY major surgery, our bodies are just recovering and it somehow shows itself in the keratin hair follicles. About 6 articles I read all said it is completely normal and will return to normal after about 6 months from surgery with a normal diet (which means focus on protein, water, and green vegetables plus a good multivitamin with zinc). Which all made me feel better!
  2. I've had the kidney stones too so best of luck to you! Congrats on the weight loss!
  3. It's probably kinda dumb, but the thing I keep looking most forward to for my future body, is wearing levis. Like plain old non-mom-jean jeans that I just pull on (without an elastic waist) button, zip and throw on a fitted t then walk out into society. I've watched women on tv shows and commercials do that for years and now I really seem to "want" that. I know, superficial - I should want to just be healthy or run 10 miles, or . . . . .
  4. Look at you! Woo hoo!
  5. That's fun! Enjoy shopping!
  6. Wow! Congratulations!
  7. Wowza! Great work!
  8. Finally got the courage to try that site, I've lost a small punching bag. And I got "hit on" by a cute stranger while having dinner with friends, that hasn't happened in a long. Obviously I'm out of practice!
  9. I have to make a confession, I didn't always scrub my toilets every week (not gross but . . .) Well, yet another outcome of RNY because I always need to be prepared for yacking (like tonight). Carry on.
  10. I've never heard this! Great tip!
  11. I started losing hair this month too. Admittedly, I wasn't taking my vitamins as I should and even those I was taking didn't have biotin and a zinc.
