  1. Congrates im so happy for you Ive been doing very good with no side effects beside low iorn n a few blood transfusions. But thats my own fault because i dont take my vitamins .... I also had four kids with no complication. Its funny cause my eyes are still bigger than my belly lol .... And even though i cant eat the whole plate it still makes me feel better .... I look forward to see positive updates about you ...

  3. Thank u,im glad to be here and it was the same for me,I was always looking for the ppl that made it to goal and stayed there.Ive dealt with lots along the way so if i can help anyone with my story all tje better and I just love hearing about everyones

  5. Its definatly been a long sometimes hard road,I think my doc did an awesome job b/c its been fairly easy for me to stay at that weight.the only thing i made sure was to never stretch my pouch and i was lucky that sugar made me very sick for a long time and still does to some extent
