  1. Would anyone be interested in an international or European version of this i think it is such a grand idea
  2. A teaspoon of creamed potatoes carrots and poached cod with a little of the lactos free milk and butter I cooked the cod in to keep really moist I am so happy to be on the soft foods a week out from surgery

  7. I'm waiting for 2 weeks and then I am looking forward to trying an advocardo filled with an egg and some cheese. Baked cod sounds good
  8. A few spoonfuls of vanilla yoghurt lol so exciting but at four days post op I'm not complaining
  9. I am 4 days post op still full of gas hot water bottle on back helps when lay down walking eating and drinking gets it moving too x a week or so I think and then the painful side of perm gas should be gone xx
  10. This sounds fun and a good idea my surgery was 29th may on a liquid and puréed diet for a week or 2 before start my soft foods x my email is vabakken@gmail.com

Surgery was 29th may came home the next day no pain meds needed but oh my the pain from the gas I am 4 days post op and still having gas and the pain could I get comfy to sleep last night oh hell no lol I feel like have done 100000 sit ups and have a bad stitch from running in my left side. Is that normal? X nice to finally be on the other side start of better things x

I'm joining u in the tooting we could have our own wind section in here lol I've managed some soup and some baby food also some egg white mashed up in some milk x yep I not even hungry and its a nightmare trying to force something in but it helps force the air out as well. Let me know how ur day goes
  13. Hope everyone is doing well post surgery I have a question though how does everyone feel. I'm drinking various fluids no problems soups etc all good. Gas is slowly coming out and is still painful. Getting up and down is hard but my stomach feels like I have done 1000000 sit ups and have a stitch from running is this normal?
  14. Surgery went well yesterday home now Woohoo but oh my this gas pain I so can't wait for it to go up or down lol

  16. This time tomorrow I will be on my way to hospital woke up just now and I can say today and tonight are going to be strange ones x hood luck to those today x
  17. Like u terry my bag is packed will finish house work tomorrow and leave laundry to Hubbie lol good luck and see you on the other side post surgery x
  18. Home from pre op all good and already 10 kg or 22lb lost x how's everyone who had surgery last week doing?
  19. Just home from pre op lost 10 kg about 22lb in 6 weeks so a happy bunny what a way to start x roll on Wednesday
  20. Surgery is on Wednesday pre op tomorrow and the nerves are starting to kick in a little bit x
  21. My surgery is 29th may so excited is anyone else here is Europe?
