  1. I have no experienced any poo pains. Gas pains from eating normal food instead of liquid food. Your toots will stink horribly because of all the protein. I have no pain at the incision sites. I have a pain in the muscle they cut through to get to my stomach. I took off my binder and i feel 100% better. Less restriction. It takes some getting use to but i only wear mine when i go for a walk for support on my tummy. I feel great. I get tired but it is only because i am a lot more active now than i ever was before surgery. You will do fine. Just remember your proteins and walking. That will help you heal faster and lose weight faster
  2. It all depends on height and beginning weight too. I had my surgery april 29th and i have lost 20lbs. I am 5'2" and was 251lbs. People who are over 300lbs usually lose a little bit more in the beginning but it will all even out if you are doing the protein intake and exercise like your dr told you to!!!
  3. I had my surgery less than 3 weeks ago. April 29th to be exact. I am back to normal. Push past the soreness and really put an effort into doing what you are suppose to and you will see a huge difference. I wasnt nervous at all but my husband was for me. Now he is so happy i did the surgery. I am back to feeling like the woman he married 10 yrs ago. This is a life changer. You can do it!!!
