I have been overweight my entire life.

5 days out of surgery I am noticing how attached I am to FOOD. Been feeling miserable without my comfort food. At some points in my life I cannot believe that I did. Then when I look at the outcome I think of how much I actually needed this surgery and how it is forcing me to take action when the weakest part of myself doesn't want too.

I am very thankful fo my family that has been with me from the beginning of this. My mother who has always wanted me to do it, just as long as I would take it seriously. My sister who has been post oped from surgery about six months. I am so thankful for the support I have and I hope I can continue to stay strong in this and eat what is right and healthy for me.

I am sick of these stomach pains, the nausea, belly gas, weird feelings. Whatever they are, I cannot describe it 100%.
