I like this idea and I also have some very lovely outfits from England that I am after selling. One of them was worn only once on a cruise. They are dressy outfits.

Come on ladies and gents. I joined this forum to read lots of progress reports as I am so struggling BUT there are never any new entries. Its a shame to have this local forum but no people on it. HI all I was banded in Mexicali on May 7th 2007. So far I am down 30 pound. I live right by the Angels Stadium in Orange. Is anyone close to me, I would love to meet up with other bandsters. Hugs Myra

I had mine done in Mexico on May 7th. So much cheaper than here plus a lifetime of fills is included in nthe price of $7.800. I make my way to San Deigo airport and I am picked up from there by their driver, taken to the hospital and driven back to my car, all inclusive. My surgeon is Dr. Aceves and I could not have picked a better one. He was fantastic, as well as a dish....lol

Hi CD No I dont have to go back to Mexico for the fills but as it is only just over the border and it is all inclusive in the price for life I will do. I have every faith in my surgeon so the journey is well worth it to me. I live in OC anyway so we only have to drive to San Deigo and get picked up at the airport by their driver and taken there and driven back the same day. Mind you, having said that we will probably do the drive ourselves. I dont really feel like I need a fill yet as I have programmed my brain to feeling full anyway, but when I do need on I will go.

Hi my name is Myra and I had surgery on 5/7/07. I went to Mexico and my surgeon was Dr. Aceves, wow what a dish :kiss2: I havent had a fill yet, having only just got over the gas pains in my shoulder, they said I was still swollen and it would be bad for a fill. So far I have lost 23 pound, which I am really pleased with, and like others, I am losing inches so I am happy with that. I hope to get to know you all and find support as well as giving it. hugs Myra
