  1. I see you're a Tri Sigma. I'm a Delta Zeta. Greek love
  2. Hi ladies! I'm 22 and 2 months post op (down 40 pounds). I know avoiding alcohol is important, but I'm getting invites to go out for a drink after work with my friends and I was wondering what I should order at the bar. I only will get one drink and just have it to hold on to and not stick out like a sore thumb. My personal preferences are white wine and fruity cocktails but I know they are full of calories and sugar. Any suggestions on what to get? Thanks y'all!
  3. I am 22 and I had the surgery Monday! Having minor pains but I'm hungry! I haven't found a good source of protein yet so maybe that's why? Any suggestions?
